Once I place my order when will it ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. After your order has been processed it will be shipped immediately!

 

Why didn't I get a tracking number?

If you selected First Class Mail as your shipping method The United States Postal Service will not provide you with a tracking number.

If for some reason you chose a different method of shipping and did not recivece a tracking number please email customer care with your order number and your tracking number will be sent to you.

 

Can I return or exchange my items?

At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
